3D Projection Mapping at Zamoyski Palace
The client chose to project onto a particularly attractive palace in the centre of Warsaw. We set out to highlight the beauty of the building by isolating and animating additional elements of its architecture. The goal was not to promote a product, but to create a visual attraction for the event guests. The facade became a screen, and the historic architecture became the star of the show.

How the mapping is created
1. Photographing the facade. We start by taking a photograph of the building from the planned projector position. This image becomes the reference for the design process.
2. Drawing the projection mask. We trace the facade and define the areas that can be illuminated, taking into account trees, furniture and other obstacles between the projector and the building. The mask helps ensure that the animation fits the real architecture.
3. Creating the animation to music. The visual sequence is designed for the specific facade and synchronised with the soundtrack, so that architectural features become part of the show.
4. Technical rehearsal and projection mapping. On the evening before the event, we test the setup and align the projection geometry. We fine-tune the image to the building's actual shape and correct any distortions.
5. Event day. After the final checks, we deliver the show with the required technical setup and sound system, coordinating the visual presentation with the event schedule.
Each mapping project is tailored to its location, audience and event objectives. We can take care of the process from initial concept and visual preparation to technical setup and the live show.
